Back in the 1st of April, 1966, the late Mr. Teng Ching Ching together with two of his best friends Mr. Chan Kam and the late Mr. Chong Koi Chong established Hoe Heng Foundry. At that time, it was just a small engineering workshop in Sungai Korok in the South of Alor Setar.
